“ROB, the social bot” is a new interaction approach that combines service design with social robots. The workshop investigates this idea by creating a new service that will deliver to the customers a social experience of mechanics. By using the technique of “prove of evidence”, Valerio, Siméon and Nicolas created a promotional video for a fictional company to launch these new brand services.
